Bonus Opportunities

We offer holiday bonus opportunities, development bonuses, sign-on bonuses, and referral bonuses. Employees often participate in the peer recognition program and receive brand gear gifts.

Sign-On Bonus, if eligible, up to $1,000, half awarded after 3 months and half awarded after 6 months.

Referral Bonus, if eligible, up to $1,000 after the candidate has worked 90 days.

FAQ

The hiring process for residential services.

Once an application is completed on line, HR will contact the candidate for an interview. If the candidate is selected, they will receive an offer letter that includes their primary site location and items that need to be completed prior to orientation (physical, etc.).

How we train people.

We care. We want you to be prepared for the position you are stepping into so that you can navigate your duties with ease. Our training includes a multiday orientation process that educates you on our agency, our mission, and our culture. Once you complete the orientation process you move to a shadowing schedule where you work at your site with your leadership to learn the ins and outs of your role. Our training focuses in on the agency’s services and the individuals we serve, educating each new employee on best practices and person-centered approaches used to support our work.

People that are interested in growing with the company will be trained/ mentored in aspects of the job that they are interested in attaining.

Variety of scheduling options

Each homes schedule is created to meet the unique needs of the individuals in the home. Each home has the ability to adapt schedules as needed to meet the needs of the people we support. Staff are categorized as full time (guaranteed 40 hours a week with full benefits) part time- (guaranteed less than 40 hours a week, partial benefits) or on call (guaranteed 0-30 hours a week with more flexibility in choosing shifts.
