Our Work Culture
We work to create an engaging culture at Arc Human Services. Teamwork is important here! We often work to promote people from within the organization by identifying high profile employees and offering them managerial training and support. We also work on lateral career development opportunities to expand a team member’s knowledge of the organization.

Sign-On Bonus: $500 awarded after 3 months and $500 awarded after 6 months

FAQ
The hiring process for residential services.
Once an application is completed on line, HR will contact the candidate for an interview. If the candidate is selected, they will receive an offer letter that includes their primary site location and items that need to be completed prior to orientation (physical, etc.).
