Samantha Sonnet is from Canonsburg, PA. She is an artist who utilizes the theme of identity to evoke emotion within the viewer, in a way that causes question and speculation about the reflections that we all see in the mirror. Samantha is inspired by the vulnerability of emotions and the intimacy that comes with it. She recently received a Bachelor’s of Art in Studio Art, with minors in Communication Arts and Spanish from Washington & Jefferson College. Samantha plans to attend Carnegie Mellon University to earn a Master’s degree in Arts Management from Heinz College and the College of Fine Arts.
